@gamezer0 - thanks so much! It looks like the one mount will fit the E2/E3 and AWSD

Thanks all for the interest. I've added you all to the table in the OP. Let me know if I've made any mistakes.
Thank you!

One thing I just thought of though… I’m using universal coin ramps for my 3 candies (as pictured). They will accept *any* coin or token, and it doesn’t have the coin jam mech, so the reject button won’t stay in place. Does this make it incompatible with this system?

Amazing work! Put me down for

3 x NAC
1 x AC
1 x Blast City
1 x E2
1 x Noir

Thank you!

Can the lever behind the button freely rotate/pivot or does the universal coin ramp stop the movement?

If it can move freely then you should be able to use this kit. You would just need a means to return the lever back after pressing the button. You could either add a spring etc or go all McGuyer on it's ass and use a rubber band :D

If it can't freely rotate/pivot then you might be able to mod your ramp or I could maybe look at making a version of the ramp that has clearance.

Cheers man, I'll get you added. Regarding the Noir, could you PM me some pictures of your mech etc and we can see if it's something we can do?

If I understood correctly, it should work.

Here’s a couple videos for reference:

Thanks!

Thanks for the videos. Yes, they'll work fine in that case. You'll just need a spring/rubber band or something to pull the lever back to the 'unpressed' position.

These look great!
Please put me down for four Vewlix models if I could please.

Put me down for one vewlix and two Egret 2. Just a curious question: Does these work when you have no coin mech as well?

Looks like I'm going to need some more parts 8| Thanks all! You should all be added. All proceeds are going towards more gear for making more stuff 8)

.Just a curious question: Does these work when you have no coin mech as well?

Yes, the kits for these should (I've jinxed it now) work no matter what type of mech you have as they mount to and are triggered by the coin mech frame, not the actual mech itself. They'll also work if you have no mech, you'll just need a spring or rubber band as mentioned a few posts up. I can include a rubber band for an extra £20 (or source your own) :D

Will get those for you sometime today.

Is the rubber band in a Cave box?

Thank you for your hard work. I want to take one egret2.

Added the extras, thanks!

I'm still waiting on one set of terminals to arrive. In the mean time I've been making the mounts and working on some other parts. Hopefully I'll have some ready soon.

-----------------------
@djsheep - Thanks for the picture. On all of the other kits/mounts I'm using the 90 degree levelrto actuate the microswitch. As the reject button is aligned with the plastic lever on the mech I can't use the same solution. I might have an idea though. Can you take any more pictures inside that area from different angles? I realise it probably a bit tight in there but let me know if you can.

I've got some more parts in to make these now, before I do I just want to check with some of you to see if the microswitches/terminals on the coin mechs I have are common to most cabs out there.. Please take a look at this picture and if possible take a look at the microswitches on your cab(s).

As you can see, they all seem to have the standard 'radial' type terminals that point out the side of the microswitch body, the only one that is different is the E2 one where the terminals have a 90 degree bend as they come out of the microswitch body. I don't know if the E2 is an oddball or if this is a replacement microswitch.

I thought I might be able to use the same kit for the E2/E3/AWSD but if the pictures above are representative of all E2s and AWSD then the bottom wiring will need to be a little different at least. The main things I would like to know at this point it:

*E2 owners, are your microswitch terminals axial like in the image above?

*AWSD owners, are your microswitch terminals radial like in the image above?

*Astro City/Astro City 2/Blast owners, are your microswitch terminals radial like in the NAC image above?

*Windy Owners, are your microswitch terminals radial like in the image above?

*Vewlix owners, are your microswitch terminals radial like in the image above?

I don't need 100 replies from people saying they are the same as above.... once hopefully we have a few messages saying they are the same then I can hopefully tie a 'version' down. After that I would be more interested in hearing from people who says theirs are different from above.

I realise that its quite likely that microswitches may have been changed from their first install and may not be 'stock' but hopefully there will be some commonality.

Just FYI, I can't use the same 'straight' type of terminals that would fit both types of terminals above. I'm mainly using right angle ones as they are required for clearance for opening/closing the coin door and these will not fit the 'axial' style in the E2 picture above.

Doing this would be a great help as I don't want to make and send a ton of kits out only to find they don't fit.

Thanks! ^^

Confirm for NAC / AC ones ! ✌🏻

@FrancoB … what im wondering if the kit can be used on Aero too . Is possible for this cab too?

Thanks for the confirmation.

Is that a picture from your Aero, it certainly looks the same as the N/AC/Blast version. Is there a number printed on the other side of the mech - CY1009 by any chance?

No , is from NAC cab , but i also checked Astro 2 cabinet few days ago and is the same as NAC. I have a friend with Aero & Neo Geo cabs (u4 and super neo 29 or something like that style) and i will be happy if this kit fits in that coin mechs too . Friday we can have answers from him about this , but if other owners of these models can confirm, will be great until then too ✌🏻

@FrancoB Confirm for “CY1009”
