If you want to keep the original fixture you can go to home depot or menards and buy two new sockets to replace those yellowed and crumbled ones. Or you can just buy a new fixture and put an LED one in there. Fixtures are at home depot too. Just snip the existing wires and wire nut the new...

The problem was 2 broken pins inside this header. The two silver pins in the corner of the header are the replacement ones and everything loads correctly now.

I hooked up a previously working CPS2 A/B board combo today and was greeted with a RAM TEST OK screen... The B board works fine with a different A board. I tried reseating all the removable roms on the A-board and gave the edge connector a good cleaning. Looks like the board is receiving 4.9v...
