have you tried creating "sv" folder in the game folder?

Successfully repaired my Final Fight. Now I can confirm that you don't need adapter anymore for non jedec HN27C301/MBM27C1000

Is it just the usf4 folder or are there other folders? already tried delete usf4 on d drive but still the same. I think it's because the exe i have is the patched one (full hd, remove offline icon). Found someone with the same problem in another forum, although he is using TP

Helo, after update to Ver8.90 it seems i can verifying my non jedec HN27C301/MBM27C1000/M5M27C100K without adapter, i select MBM27C1000(DIP32) for the chip in TopAll. Anyone can confirm this? Currently i'm trying to revive final fight with no luck so i'm not really sure
