I figuered out, that I have to die a first time. In the continue screen (which is really cute designed) I can press the 2nd player start and it will work from that state at any time. Programming done right....not.

Ok guys, I soldered r24 and d2 in and removed the battery. No problems at all even with 4,75V. So for now, I don‘t need a new PSU. Maybe I will try a new original Battery instead, or upgrade the psu. But for now all is god and I can enjoy this game without glitches.
