Yes its a little confusing. The only other thing I could even think might be happening, is something with sync termination (maybe because of a dual signal instrad of a split one, or maybe a termination mismatch).

Had a similar issue recently. I got to the point that I was pretty sure it was a handshake issue, but had not worked out what I was going to do about it. I would be interested to hear if your propksed fix works.

Just a quick Noir update. This one is done apart for the CP wiring because for whatever reason this cab came stock with molex 5557/9 connectors not JST YLP/R. The I/O is wired and P2 is hacked together for the minute but fid it to be completely done I need a new batch of connectors to arrive.

Just designed up a 3d printed front trim piece for these cabs. It is 4 parts (2 that you need to mirror in your slicer) and while the 4 parts should be glued, I put a dovetail and butterfly in each joint.for alignment and they actually hold alright without any glue. It just cllps to the tabs on...
