I can attest to the @Arthrimus Saturn to DB15 adapters! High quality and haven't failed me yet!

My arcade Jamma starter kit (El cheapo)

I mean we'll see once they get it but I can only assume you're underestimating the jankness of very cheap HID devices.

My arcade Jamma starter kit (El cheapo)

I'm assuming because the stick is USB for PS3/PC it's just going to be an HID device, so you're probably not going to have switches to easily solder to and you're going to have to bodge that neogeo cable in there and solder. Not worth the effort in my opinion.

My arcade Jamma starter kit (El cheapo)

Screaming at this list. There's a point where you've got to ask yourself if you want to go so cheap, why not emulate the game. You're not going to get a decent arcade experience with all this. Not to mention I don't know how you're magically going to connect the Neogeo cable to the arcade stick...

MEGA ADAPTERS - Plug and Play PC in SEGA Racing Cabinets

I saw these boards on gamoover some month back. I dunno why but I got the impression they did the opposite: allow PC peripheral controls on the cabinet instead of using the cabinet to control the PC.

FOUND Sega 839-0904 Blast City VS Kit Video Splitter

I want to get my hands on one to repo the shit out of it lmao. That said, I saw one on yja that was won for like, $12, and was being resold on ebay for over $200. The exact item from yja...

Burning roms for Model 2/3 pcbs

A very old bump but I feared my M27C4002-80XF1 had died after I couldn't write to them after erasure, but they were just being fickle. The ebay seller still has them available for $16.99 each but I also decided to try utsource due to how inexpensive it looked. I fully bought them expecting them...

    Sega Model1/2/3 controls fingerboard

Wire arrived today, but to be perfectly honest, I don't have the time and energy to rewire my cab (replace cannibalized JAMMA harness with saved replacement original harness from ebay), so to test the boards, I will build one Model2 to Model1 adapter and use that to test the Model1 to Model2...

    FS Street Fighter controller prototypes.

I know the owner of UDON, the company behind the artwork. I showed him this when there was a heritage auction for just a Sagat controller. I'll ping him!

    Sega Model1/2/3 controls fingerboard

I've just placed an order for the wire I want to use on these, but I might also offer these as a kit if you want to do it yourself with the included pcb, header, shroud, and shroud pins. Still mulling about how much I want to charge, but it won't be too expensive.

    Sega Model1/2/3 controls fingerboard

The PCBs have been sent off for fabrication! Made some minor text adjustments as well as redoing the JST-NH connector footprint to match that used on the filterboards more accurately. I also have a little spot on the PCB where you can mark off if it's a conversion from Model1 to Model2 or Model2...

[Theory Crafting] Change a ROM files interpretation of DIP settings to make switching multi games easier?

With enough reverse engineering, I believe this is definitely possible. A DIP switch is usually just an interrupt flag, just like a button. It's either on or off, so if you can find the routine in the ROM's data that pulls that interrupt value, you can change that value if necessary. For...
