JVSCore - Software JVS-Pac for Linux

Hey - it wouldn't be difficult, but would just take some time as you'd have to change the way the inputs are handeled (windows has no virtual input libraries, and you'd have to use some third party library for it). Unforunately I won't have time to do it at the moment, but feel free to have a...

    Questions about Lindbergh input devices

I suspect that guncon driver would work fine with OpenJVS! If you wanted to make a custom driver for the Lindbergh you’d have to compile that for Linux 2.4/2.6 and emulate the JVS or hook into the functions of the game that read the inputs - doable, but probably quite a lot of work!

Error 7 while restore the HOD4

Ah interesting thank you - sorry for the incorrect information! Do we know is SEGA ever used the GTs in the Lindberghs themselves? I just assumed everything was the GS varient

    Questions about Lindbergh input devices

    1. It is not possible to use the mouse and keyboard to play the games 2. I beleive there are some games that don't like specific IO boards. A Lindbergh would have been around the same time as a Type 3, so I would reccomend a type 3 and then if any games don't work with it, you should be able to...

Error 7 while restore the HOD4

For reference different revisions of the install disk require different cards - you're probably trying to install with a revision A disk. DVP-0003A requires the 6800GS (not GT, that is the PCI version of the card, Lindbergh is AGP) DVP-0003C works with the 7800GS.

Namco System 246 emulation on PCSX2

The MagicGate keys are now known for this hardware, and the base PS2 layer is well emulated. The only board that isn't emulated is the following: https://wiki.arcadeotaku.com/images/b/b8/System246_MOTHER_PCB.jpg The only difficult chip there is the C448 custom, which someone would have to...

    *SOLVED* Strange Lindbergh Problem

    > Don't connect an unpowered I/O Board or the system hangs. If anyone is technically interested, the Lindbergh knows a JVS IO is connected by the IO pulling the 5V of the sense line down to 2.5V. It is probably that an unpowered IO board does this by default, and so the Lindbergh detects an IO...

    OpenJVS - JVS Emulator

@Franco23444 It should work fine with Namco System 2X6, although you may have to fiddle around with some of the IO definitions and mappings for the shooting games to get the calibration right. I've played Time Crisis 2 with OpenJVS (video is above somewhere). You have to make your own cable as...

    Setup Time Crisis 3

As far as I know, the LED is pulsed alternatly with the LED in the Player 2 gun. I did however just stick a PSU on mine and the LED shone for a good few minutes without getting too hot as far as I remember! :) Also on a single Crisis Zone cabinet I could see the LED pulsing (very slowly, but...
