So I'm pretty new to working on CRTs. My MS8-29FSG is only filling about 80% of the screen with the V.SIZE pot maxed. H.SIZE (as well as the other pots) behave normally. Recapping had no effect. I also replaced the remote board and ribbon cables with one from an identical (working) setup, so...
