The board was fully recapped by someone else (no idea who did it).
When I compare the caps on it to the ones listed on Arcadeotaku, they're slightly different.
My guess is that whoever did it, didn't really pay much attention to matching the exact values and currently I don't have any references...

Bumping this thread. I also found a broken one on my MS2933 neck board, it connects to the blue color line. Was anyone able to source this stuff?

It is based on the corrosion. It sounds a bit radical, but I used 1000 sandpaper to remove the oxidation, since q-tip didn't help with 99% IPA. I think the best option is an IPA + fiberglass pen combo.
Thanks for the suggestion, but that was our second step that we measured and looked under the microscope.
There is a good continuity from the jamma edge to the resistor arrays and also from the resistor arrays to the IC.
I don't know what else can we check.
