Hi I have upgraded my TTX3 with a Xeon E3-1290 but the TTX3 doesnt boot. there's no beep when it starts and the tv remains at no signal. swapping the original i5 2400 back works fine. Is the Xeon faulty or not compatible with my TTX3 motherboard?

the driver is fine. but the 1080p resolution is hardlocked to 30Hz even if the nvidia control panel settings is not 30hz. mine is set to 120hz. i had no problems with this setting with the 660gtx. the lowest i can go is 100hz in 1080p. i don't know what else to do.
