Those pcbs fail from the TL084 preamplifier and the AD1851N. You can use an audio signal tracker or an oscilloscope to see if the signal enters the TL084 preamplifier and leaves it to the tda amplifier. If the signal does not enter the tl084 preamplifier then your problem is before that section...

You can use for maks rom type pcb you can use EPROM 27c400 for roms 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,810,11,12,13. For roms 22,23 you can use 27c4002, 27c4096

The problem was now solved, I had to change several almost all the surface mount ttls, unfortunately I have no way to test those surface mount ttls since the B floor is in the way and I do not have a socket for those ttls in my tester, I had to replace them massively until the problem is solved
