That is abnormal.
Are you supplying enough voltage?
It could be a cap issue.
Unfortunately they are surface mount and my advice if you attempt is to kapton tape over the bga chips and flood the caps with chipquik.
Chipquik under bga is....death.
I take back what I said I was thinking of another board.
My naomi setup been put away for a bit.
They sync. It takes a hot minute before they error though.
Well, it is potentially dead because now the board won't boot, but I am also getting the multi soon so no big deal.
If the chips are dumped already I won't bother with it. Just wanted to contribute if not.
