    Any info on this bootleg MVS cartridge?

    Hi! I recently bought a batch of Neo Geo MVS cartridges and one of them, KOF 97, came with this board containing sockets for the ROMs. It doesn't look like they were soldered on afterwards. Has anyone seen this before?
