What color is the screen without a B board installed? Try powering it up first without a B board & see if you get the same colors/screens. It’s possible you might need to double check your soldering work.

Yup. Change it out (making sure you have the polarity correct) & your volume issues at boot up will disappear.

Have you been living under a f*cking rock the past few weeks? No need to put @sheep_nova on blast for that; he is one of the greats here. You will get your precious board. World events happen that will cause delays, especially those recently involving China (hopefully for not too much longer).

I find that very carefully inserting a X-acto knife blade in between the pins you want to straighten & then using the least amount of pressure possible to “straighten” the pins as best as possible (does not need to be perfect, just separated/not shorting one another) has served me well in the past.
