APOCALYPSE Now Available!: ColeCoco Master Adapter!!

I seem to recall old everdrives had to be connected the back slot, the later revisions seem to run just fine from the top slot with the proper adapter. I still have my offset adapter from we used to have to plug everdrives on the back slot

    Undumped G-Net Game Mawasunda

amazing, I'd suspect this wasn't a normal g-net game. Hopefully I'll be able to try it out on emulation at some point as this setup doesn't show up very often. Probably just as well I missed it as I hate getting into bidding wars.

Purpose of the "back up pcb" on a Taito g-net?

yes, capacitors can very much be used like batteries, U2 is specially a change control ic. U1 looks to be a simple tri state ic, sometime known as a monostable multivibrator. So this is looks like this would communicate state of the board but would actually store anything. So it doesn't...

Purpose of the "back up pcb" on a Taito g-net?

Attached is the best picture I have found online, so if you were able to take a better picture of just the board itself that would be good. From this picture I can make out some of the IC part numbers except u3. I should be able to read a majority of the resistor band codes, my memory the...

both of mine needed capacitors replaced, just my first one had many traces and board sections ruined. My first board game came with bubble bobble III but when I openeded it up it appeared to be a bootleg version, so I ended up using the case in coming in with a f3 multcart

Purpose of the "back up pcb" on a Taito g-net?

I too would like to know how/what the backup board does, I just bought my first gnet system but wasn't able to find one with one for a reasonable price. from that I can see in pictures it looks like a simple board... I see some cap, mosfet and two other ICs. It's hard to tell from low rez...
