Largely adjusted vertical hold until the picture started to roll and become a squished mess. Doesn't seem like the picture moves at all when V.Hold is adjusted minorly.

I tried adjusting the 50/60 hz pot but it doesn't seem to move the picture vertically any noticeable distance. When rotated too much, it just seems to cause the picture to fold over on itself.

I have an issue with my K7000A 19" monitor in which I cannot seem to get the picture vertically centered. It lifts up. It's just held in by a small lip that is overcome easily with force outwards applied by a flathead driver. The wire is just held in there by friction it seems and slides right out. Thanks! Pic:

Looks okay, it was just flux buildup.

I currently don't have any equipment that allows me to record audio directly from the source. I may try to get some later, but it does sound very similar to the sound clip linked in the first post. Haven't gotten around to cleaning the flux from the recap or the dust that was originally on...

That was it! Turned the 50/60Hz pot clockwise about 1/4 of a turn and the bright bar went away like magic. Also fixed the scanline separation towards the top. Thanks!

Just did a recap on a K7000 19" with a K7000A chassis. There's this bright bar towards the top of the screen and jail bars that are prominent on the left and right side noticeable during solid colors or bright white screens. Also, for some reason there's this black horizontal line slightly...
