Thank you! I'll try checking the regulators, the ROM and chipsets didn't seem to have any cracked joints. I did a clean-up and got some of the corroded areas cleaned up, I'll need to grab a logic probe and test. Got any recommendations on a brand?

Good afternoon; I have a Golden Tee Fore! Complete arcade cabinet and the board just doesn't seem to work. Status 1 is solid while status 2 blinks. EEPROM shows 5.1V, I did a deep clean with 91% isopropyl alcohol, connections between EEPROM and NEC are good. I tested without hard drive and...
