Not currently, @Hammy had started on it but it is a ton of work to do manually and best handled by an automated process. I believe @iq_132 was looking at it too.
I put together a mounting board that fits the pegs used by the original WeiYa 3129DB remote board and allows fitting a Sanwa PFX remote board in its place.
The following additional materials are used to affix the Sanwa PFX remote to the mounting board:
