Did you get this fixed? I had the same issue and was able to get mine running after purchased a PNY NVIDIA GeForce 7900GS 256MB GDR3 and followed the reflash instructions from Nico's write-up here Nico's Elsa 979 instructions

Thanks @kazuo . I picked up a GeForce 7900GS. Reflashed it with Nico's Elsa write up and voila! System booted right up.

I just purchased a PNY GEForce 7900GS from ebay. As soon as it arrives this week, I can attempt to reflash the replacement GPU with Nico's guide.

I sourced a multi ssd. Hooked up the TX2 to a Vewlix and it began to boot but the white Taito Type X2 screen was garbled and then it went to a black with colored artifacting screen and then BSOD. Sorry that I don't have images of this.

Okay, I'll see if I can source an ssd or a different hdd game. I did re-seat the gpu and ram but it probably wouldn't hurt to do it again. I'll report back with updates. Thank you kazuo!
