Update. Messed with alot of factors trying to fix this but it turns out it was the bloody micro-SD. I've tried several microSD cards, all SDHC, and it seems that Sandisk Extreme SDHC cards causes my multiMVS to shit itself when its trying to load the games. Buying high-end sd's was the issue...

"When you first boot a multi slot it won't recognize the cart until it finishes booting." I seem to be missing something. If I just let the MVS system start up through the green scramble screen and then proceed to cycle through slots, I can consider it finished booting right?
