No more glitches after having repositioned all the EPROMs.

I removed all the EPROMs and repositioned them. Everything works now 👍 Thank you @selu and @ShootTheCore for your kind help.

I have rechecked all the EPROMs (the 6th was bad and I reburned/verified It) and I’m still having a glitchy image for each game I select :( My original Altered Beast rom board works fine.
