Tested the 2k pots, have them dialed in at 1.8k and there there doesn’t appear to be any improvement. I’ve also tried a vga to scart cable so it’s using the scart input on the jammaizer instead of the vga hat and there is also no improvement. With no cable connected and just the jammaizer...

I just ordered some 2k ohm pots. Will report back after testing them.

Thanks @RealMFnG. For next steps do you think testing the vga cables or possibly changing to 2k pots? I tried a few VGA cables last night with the same result.

So at 475 the image was still too bright. Turning the pots all the way counter clockwise provided the best picture. It seems like an increased impedance is needed. I have this monitor calibrated for my jamma boards and those look fine. I’m wondering if there could be an issue with my VGA cable...

Finally picked this back up to test. My pots were set to 1k ohm, all the way counter clockwise. I dialed them in to 475. Will have to get my pc set back up to test again.

Ha I have that same model as well. That is my second D Series that I couldn’t get to sync. The one I was able to sync is a AV-27D302. It has the RCA tube in it.

On my D Series in the service menu I had to adjust the V Freq in order to sync. I’m not sure if you have a remote for the TV and can get into the service menu but there might be an extremely small chance you have the same option.

I use Mike Chi’s RGB2COMP but it took a while to find a consumer CRT that could handle the refresh rate. I have one JVC D Series and a PVM that was able to handle it.
