No. The issue is that v1 can have traces break for seemingly no reason. Probably more of a manufacturing issue than a design thing.

The chip on the multi is hot? Then no its not the same. I can get you a new one. Those v1 multis are problematic. They had a design flaw that we fixed with v2. Hopefully the gal is the only issue.

I might have a few spare units from this batch. I'll let you know.
