I'm trying to fix a grey cps2 a and b board (rev 3) that will just boot into a blank screen (looks suicided to me).

Yeah I got my 7 from Rancor back when they were reasonable.. like 330 USD for 3 stools or something (shipped).
I would like to one day get another 3x 43cm ones.. but I'll have to wait whenever the time comes when covid is gone and not impacting shipping prices.

I've got the same monitors but I have mine installed in a chewlix using Hadouken Arcade's mounts. I'd be keen on what you do with the joystick panel.
I'd also be happy to test compatibility for the chewlix, I just don't have a 3d printer. I also don't believe the chewlix bracket uses m3 screws...
It's what I hated the most with the blast. That and taking the monitor in and out :D
I would highly recommend JIS screw drivers if you don't have any. I had some decent success with an impact drill and a Phillips head #2, but I ended up stuffing two screws up
So the feedback I got from a few people was to "recap" the PSU and it "should" fix my issue with the Sega I/O
TL;DR - I'm exactly in the same situation as I was prior to the recap :D
