It recognizes the fact that a DIMM is in there, but it'll give me a DIMM board timeout whenever I test it.

Ontop of that, the green light is showing on here.

Alright so, I got it to boot into error 22, so it shouldn't be a power issue. Atleast as far as I can tell.

It would boot JUST fine with the cart (for the most part) but it would give me error 22, until I reseated the daughter board of it.

I just checked my voltages, I'm using an ATX power supply, for some reason it's showing 5.05 on my multimeter for my 3.3 lines???

Just reseated the connections, now it isn't even booting the cart at all, just giving me a black screen.
