FS Faux Coin Credit Switch PRE-ORDER SALE

Updated first post with some sizing information, clarified that this kit does NOT include the external coin slot. It's expected that one already exists, and this kit connects to that. Waiting for Vewlix measurements to make a version for that cabinet. Also a Jaleco Pony 28 version is planned.

Thank you! I would like to see how the standard coin slot mounts, where the bolts are attached, and get a measurement of the two holes.

The mechanism hangs beneath the coin slot, using two screws (three for SNK cabs) from below, directly into the coin slot above the panel. The existing coin chute beneath the panel needs to be removed, which is just two screws for most cabs.

FS Faux Coin Credit Switch PRE-ORDER SALE

@Jughead - I don't have a Vewlix 😢 but if you can get me some measurements and photos of the way the coin slot mounts, I can make one. @Jughead - I'm not printing the slot, you'll keep your existing external slot. @-Ace- - I can get some silver filament for a totally inauthentic Real Quarter...

FS Faux Coin Credit Switch PRE-ORDER SALE

What It Is This is a kit that attaches to the coin input on a candy cab, and uses a fake coin to become a credit input switch. It can be connected to the existing coin mech wiring, or to a service button, or wherever you'd like. The fake coin can be replaced with a real coin (or token or...

WTB WTT Lindbergh w/ ttx3 multi for x68000 xvi setup

I wish you were local, I have a slightly flaky 454 that I would really like to swap some parts in and out of to figure out where the fault is. I don't suppose you'd like to lend me some parts from it? =D

VERY Unusual Problem (Brook Retro Board Troubleshooting for PCE)

Sounds like the Everdrive doesn't init the controller in a way the Brook board understands. Once you launch a game, different controller code is run and your stick works as it should. Edge case code somewhere between Brook and the ED. Might be worth reporting to Krikzz when he's not being...

VERY Unusual Problem (Brook Retro Board Troubleshooting for PCE)

It's also possible that the Everdrive is bad at reading the Brooks boards. If its not quite standard, and the sticks are not quite standard, you might be running into an edge case that few people see. Interference, power draw, timing, cable insertion distance / connection quality, lots of options.

    Retro Hardware Capacitors LISTS

The caps list I made for this had a fairly significant error in it, mixing up two caps, qty's and labels. https://gamesx.com/wiki/doku.php?id=caps:arcade#namco_pa_pcb ^ this is now correct. The fix is detailed here. My apologies for the error, I hope no one was caught out by it like I was.
