I'd love to know this too. Knowing that different stages can run at different speeds, I wonder if there's any variance in speed between different boards? EDIT: it would be pretty funny if different original boards also decynced.

Yeah, I find it super weird how these influencers bang on non stop about CPSIII on MiSTer. It feels like the whole 3rd strike community use Fightcade and real hardware for in person events. A MiSTer core is just going to be for VGE and PCN to make clickbait videos about. I can't see it ever...

I bought a PCB version of Gladiator thinking it was a good deal. Then realised that the music is crap compared to the cart version. Huge regret for that purchase :(

It's fine without the battery, if you don't care about the calendar and soft dips just leave it off.
