Overhauled my above design and it is working for me nice. Altered the design of the selector attachment completly. Secured on the selector with nail polish (easy to remove but keeps it more stable), Added a cap to it to secure it more in place. Painted the position black (not my best job) Added...

Is the card formated in fat32? if so format it in exfat - Maybe that is your issue

Well, you either can "find" the civ.bin and you are ready to go OR you can find the 8-byte string to create the civ.bin :) - Two different variants to solve your problem.
