another problem with hadarex polo ... I have a shorted circuit bu2520 I replace it, i start the monitor and after 2-3 seconds it turns off and I have another short circuit bu2520.I have check all diodes resistrors around bu but i cant fix it.Do you think its the flyback?

i have a fading static noise . i have check all diodes...i repalce all caps...but the problem remains. When i give power i hear a fading chic chic untill stops

I have a Hantarex polo which was dead.I replace some caps and now its ok but i have a problem. I have ripple in colors.I dont know how to explain...like parasites....it seems like the screen is flickering Sorry for my bad English...can you help me plaese?
