Hi Guys,
Currently i'm using 12V and 5V for power, VGA and Audio from JST but Jamma for controller.
but I noticed that the board does not start if I connect the controllers before turning on.
So i need to power the game until it boot up, and after connect controller.
the problem might be that...
Noob question for great guys :-D
I know you're all on vacation, but the brain never stops.
About dancing eye keycus, more difficult one, since we need to reproduce code part that do hex to dec work, traslate to mips and path it over program.
What about emulate it using cpld or a microcontroller ?
Test1:
GBSC scaler and jamma output

Here OSSC + Jassifier and scanline:

It work but something seems really wrong to me on brightness.
But no problem with GBSC its work better.
(this is not a camera effect ! its really how it show)
do you think, can i connect VGA JST to my OSSC directly ?
I got a bad image with Jassifier too much brightness, image with ghost.
I didn't take a photo sorry
Its work nice with jamma RGBS on GBSC
yes but 3.3v pin2 seems not connected on System12
Can anyone with a JVS adapter try a System 12 board with and without a USB pad port?
The question is, can a system 12 boot normal with a JVS power connector and jamma for input or need also USB jvs
Hello guys,
Im trying to consoling my Tekken 3, as always i will use only 5v power since 12v is needed for sound AMP.
But on Namco System 12 its will stuck on JVS screen test, loop test.
Checking JVS power connector on board we have only this pins:
1 - 2 - 3
4 - 5 - 6
NC - NC - 5V
GND - GND -...
i have the same problem, listen here:
1) are you using side jvs power connector or jamma ?
Checking this power connector its have only 5v, so i think its waiting for USB JVS input
If you try to power on using jamma, so connect the 12v rail... its will not waiting for USB since you are using...
