Very cool. Just an update. I had my psu reconditioned as it was weak. Kept dipping in voltage. Since this time my nba pcb has not had any issues at all. The replacement rtc, and neocps chip to reprogram it via game board worked a charm. The reboot issue was unrelated purely a psu issue
