I see. How rare is it exactly? It seemed a lot harder to find than the normal version but I don't have much in the way of concrete info on it.

Hmm, this has me confused now. I have a Warrior Blade which is the same hardware but I know for sure that one doesn't output any video signals on the jamma edge.

This should be the correct pinout. IIRC, I don't think connecting a standard jamma harness is going to fry anything, but you definitely won't have video since that's all on the B connector, and I think also audio pins are different.
