I have a Street Fighter the Movie PCB that shows HP stuck on P1 and P2. All 3 punches work fine on Super Turbo and KI2 so I'm not sure what to do. I replaced c108 which is connected to HP on the jamma but nothing changed. Replaced U23 and that fixed my issues.

Have a empty dedicated KI2 cab so I am in search of a KI2 PCB. Please reach out to me if you have one. Thanks!
