Looking to purchase EX 2 plus only, either the B board only or ZN-2 A&B board. Preferably English but will also take Japan region as well.

Yes it will work, I recently got one from darksoft and it was a South America board . REV 4 B Board so key writer had to be soldered to pins. Region doesn’t matter
