it should work u just need to make sure the phone or w/e device you're using is connected to the actual wipi network not your home network.

so i hear alot of issues on the actual cps3 board that a trace could be broken somewhere or the chip that processes the inputs is bad. and there is no fix for this. i am no pro but im just putting that warning out there, do u have a 2nd way to test the board?
