Is your dip switch 8 on or off? I think this has an impact on whether or not i see this issue.

Is there a way to wire this up so that I can run a standard B board with this kit installed? I chucked the original oscillator I am pretty sure. I assume maybe I can just jump a couple of the white, yellow, green, wires coming from connector on the kit? EDIT: answer appears to be here...
