Added a Street fighter ex 2 rom board.

I have a low-res scan of both sides of the flyer if you are interested, I know it's not ideal, but it's something. Hope it might help a little.

@HornheaDD Thanks a lot for all those infos ! Yeah, even coined up it's acting up :/ So I'm contemplating the "borked" scenario. Is there a way I can check if the pcb is "borked" ? Wouldn't want to buy a CHAMMA adpt for nothing :/ Thanks

Quite agree with Jassin statement, but ... I still have to admit that there are a few console games from the 80's / 90's that are great additions to any arcade playlist. Keep in mind that 8 & 16 bits game were mostly playable with 2 to 4 buttons and were created at the time to be direct rivals...
