Alrighty, here's the board. Looks a little dirty, but does it look like it's causing this? I'm wondering... if I turn down the SCREEN, maybe that could fix it? Apparently it's up really high? The wire in front of it in this photo... is it safe to touch briefly while I turn the screen pot?

Gonna open up the back and take a photo when the wife gets back later today, thanks for taking a look! I've gotta be honest, I'm a bit nervous to touch anything back there... Haven't done much electrical work. I know that most of the pots are pretty accessible... how bad is the risk to adjust...
