Has anyone tested 5.2 on a pcb yet? I have been unable to get any releases, including this one to boot.

Sure. Just for testing purposes, I also swapped the roms over to the board I'm running the Jam SE port on and same thing, single led, no other signs of life. Trying a different rom set and will report back of that works.

Roms are fine. Used at least 6 different roms. The only different result I got was the single led illuminating. Board had umk3 on it. I always clear the cmos by popping the battery out between swapping roms. If I put all the umk3 roms back in, the board boots just fine.

I reburned them a third time and this time I at least get the single led. No bong, no other activity whatsoever. I used M27c4001-10F1, same as I did for the other 2 wolf unit ports and they worked perfectly fine. The dips were left untouched from what I had them for umk3 (which is the board in...

I did that. Twice just to make sure they burned correctly. The board acts dead when powered on. No leds, no sound, no picture, nothing. That's why I was wondering if they needed to be patched or something. When I repopulate with the roms that were originally on the board, it boots right up. So...

Ah I kinda thought it might be something like that making patching not feasible. Bummer. Oh well, appreciate the insight and all the work you put into these projects. Can't wait to see what's next!

Asure, just a question regarding rom designation. I know that the game roms from the T unit can just be transferred over to the wolf board but is there a correlation of the 2 program roms? Obviously they have altered code to run on the wolf board but is for example U63 a modified UJ12 and U54 a...

Looks like they indeed changed the codes for the MK characters ever so slightly. Using the date in the source code worked! Keep up the great work Asure, looking forward to any future updates you're gracious enough to provide.

Interesting. Not sure what the hell I'm looking at BUT it seems to indicate I should be inputting 7/05 as the date, not 7/06 so I'll give that a shot and report back.

Am I doing something wrong? I was under the impression the MK characters were still in this version but when I enter the code for Scorpion, (SCO, Jul 06) nothing happens. I haven't tried the other 3 characters tho....

Board is currently not working. When powered on, 1 led lights up, there's a single audio bong and the audio led lights up. There's a video signal being output, but it's just black. No other activity is present. I'm sure someone with a higher repair pay scale than I can bring this back to life...
