EMI filter didn’t change anything. Next time I’m in there I’ll ground everything per that diagram. I also ordered another EMI filter.

I'm surprised your LCD supports a low resolution. I've had the same interference issues if powering the game and the upscaler with the same power source. You have a similar situation. As you don't have an upscaler, I'm unsure of how to resolve.

How are you upscaling the video? It looks like an LCD
