So looking into the manual for Touchdown Fever, it uses an SNK LS-40 joystick, not a Loop 24, and uses the 100 position free spinning encoder wheel with no notches that was posted disassembled earlier in this thread. The Loop-24 for Cal 50 is just a 24 position encoder wheel as originally...

If there are any kits available I would like to get on the list.
