I've seen roms pass checks and still have faults similar to that, according to mame b08, b09, b10 and b11 are graphics roms with b08 being sprites. try replacing it.

I know this is late but remaking a kickplate is your best bet, mine was dinted beyond repair. I cut and folded some mirror finish stainless steel, then I fit, drilled and pop riveted it.

I noticed you powdercoated some of the electroplated parts, it's probably too late now but electroplating isn't expensive and keeps things original. These are some parts I got done recently.

You can always get a Wei Ya C3129B, I have both a 2931 and C3129B and they look alright.

The roms are 1mb which are 27c800 eproms. Good luck. The Mame roms should be fine.

I would have picked up those DDR marquees. I know the windy marquees sold.
