The tabs for the Capcom IO are wider than the Capcom CPS-2 feet. I have a bunch of feet for CPS-2 and they don’t fit right in my Capcom IO at all.

Aha, I had no idea. Can anyone take measurements with a caliper?

I don’t have calipers handy, if no one else has them in a hour or so I will use a tape measure :)

Just checked again. The feet “kinda” fit, but they’re wobbly, it’s probably needs just 1mm in width. The dimple on the IO is 5mm x 4mm compared to the CPS-2 dimple which is 8mm x 5mm.

Sorry for the crappy photos. Best I can do atm.

Excellent, thanks! I updated the model in post #19. The dimple cutout was definitely off on the old one. I also made the whole thing slightly wider.

V2

Might have gone a little too thin. And width is just shy of snug.

Thank you for your continued testing! For anyone interested, the difference between the thickness of the tab in V1 and V2 is just 0.2mm. Not a lot!

How's the fitment with the V2 legs around the Naomi? On V1 it was hugging the sides of the Naomi and pulling them outward.

Here's a stump model of V3 for testing fitment of the tab. The tab is now thicker and wider, and the cutout for the dimple has been moved farther from the edge.

I didn't have a chance to put the V2 around a Naomi (they finished printing after midnight where I am). The V1 fit around the Naomi PERFECTLY. Maybe my pictures were bad. The third picture for V1 you do see some bowing but that is because the board was set up vertically and the weight of the Capcom IO and harnesses are pulling the top mounts around the Naomi case.

This is great! I've got a capcom io on it's way. These feet, I hope, will let me cram a Naomi pi setup in the repro mini cute.

Version 4, let's go.

FreeCAD made my redraw the whole thing. I may or may not have screwed it up.

Desperately needed a solution like this. Have troubles closing the door on my versus cab with a Naomi in it. Board not long enough. Worried I'll eventually pinch a cable. Following...

V4 pics

These look and feel good! @nem If you could do a design with the support on the other side. We can print up 2 of each type and keep symmetry. If you look at pic#2 on the left we see the front side of the mount and on the right we see the back side. After that I think it is a done deal. Thank you for keeping the designs coming!

can you negative scale it to mirror it over the axis you need? like 1:-1:1 to mirror the y axis?

That's what I was originally thinking. I use Cura to slice and always invert with that.

However, if you're ordering these from somewhere, I'm not sure if that's an option. I'll try flipping it in FreeCAD.

EDIT: easy enough.

If someone else can print these up and sign off on them I'll call the thing finished.

@nem are you printing these vertically? If you laid them down on their side, you should be able to print w/o supports.
