As an owner of mainly board only CPS2 carts, seeing these full kits is simply amazing and makes me wonder why these full sets aren't prevalent in the 2nd hand market.
Then again, I doubt the vast majority of these carts were purchased by anyone other than arcade operators and I'd imagine they would have thrown away the art sets once the cart was no longer used.
