Is there a dump of the Killer Instinct PLCC files?

I've been searched by many websites for any dumps of Killer Instinct's Altera PLCC files. I have two defective Killer Instinct boards, the Altera ones and I can't find any files 😔
 
If you're talking about PLD/CPLD devices they're probably read protected and therefore aren't easy to dump.
 
Yes they are all read protected. I tried reading all of them. They will have to be decapped.
 
EPM7xxx series chips. None of them are Jtag, so they all had to be read in a programmer that supports em.
 
JTAG or not isn't an issue (at least for me) but of course useless if read protected.
 
my english is very bad excuse me. if you tried to read them via JTAG it failed, try USB Blaster and they just weren't recognized. I need only those files to be able to launch my game

I have several killer instinct alters to decapped to extract the MCU, who can do it and how much is the approximate cost? 🤔
