Hello

I have a Manx TT and I want to convert it, for example in Sega Rally, is it possible and how to ?

Sega Rally is unprotected (both 50" and Twin version) so yes, you can.
You basically have to program all the eeproms, put in the right spot and set the jumpers correctly (you can try copy them by pcb pictures).
They usually requires a lot of 27c322, 27c160 and 27c4096/4002
 
THX, I have a manxx tt but for me it's not a good game aganinst sega rally, is it interesting to convert it?

I found the set this is the listing, for the mapping the ref write on mprom:

but I dont know what eeprom used, I am pretty sure for the 512 ko files I must use 27c322 but other I dont know.

Nope. 2MB are for 27c160 (27c322 are for 4MB).
512kb are for 27c400 and 128Kb are for 27c1024.
You have to consider the 8bit mode while using these. Other thatn thatm youu have to burn & allocate in right spot. Then jumper setting. thats it
