Good to know

You can (and should) take your own photo of your own pcb right from your phone and add it to the listing, otherwise this just looks scammy. Your current pcb image (probably the others too) is from https://tetris.wiki/Tetris_The_Grand_Master and misrepresent that the photo in your post is the one you’re selling

Rule 8: You must always represent your items for sale in a truthful, honest, and non-deceptive fashion. This includes item condition, taking care to mention any obvious blemishes that the buyer might find undesirable

Wow, I had no idea TGM/ZN2 was worth this kind of cash today.
By all accounts it generally isn't, but ultimately this came down to the price the buyer and seller agreed upon. You can buy from Tops Game right at this moment for less due to current JPY-USD exchange rate, and Tops always has it priced well above average auction/buyout prices from Yahoo Auctions. The photos posted by hyp36rmax have a Tops stock label on them, so what this probably boils down to is a board bought before the yen value dipped being sold for what it cost at the time.

$1000 is about the average price these days. This game hasn’t been ported, and there is a solid community surrounding it. I hear great things about the TGM discord and how welcoming they are.
It’s also probably the greatest version of Tetris. So…

Holy cow.
Well, now I understand what I've got sitting in that Neo Candy of mine.... I didn't think it was THAT long ago, I paid dramatically less for the rom-board...but the times, they are a' changin.

Why can't it be a board I have like 9 of...like A51/Max force, that skyrockets to 1000, and not the one-off I have of my favorite version of Tetris??

Thank you for the kind assessment of our community. :) The average we have observed recently is much closer to 40~50k yen (before fees etc. if proxying an auction). Tops Game is just generally priced at a premium, and not indicative of what people have been paying in general.

I imagine the Tetris community is much more intuned with the pricing than another niche group such as us with Arcades in general, I've seen these go for about $800 to $1000 also. There was a link from YAJ going for about $500 usd. Unless you were really looking for it, could have been easily missed.
