Dude, this isn't how Paypal works.

I see what you're trying to do here, and I'm telling you right now it isn't going to end the way you think it will. This was a F&F payment and is an unsecured transaction. The dispute was opened in the first place *only* because there was a credit card chargeback involved, which essentially forces their hand to get involved.

They aren't going to pay @tonyt76 the money you owe him by proxy, and they certainly aren't going to open a second dispute on a closed case. They never do, and never will. I think you're trying to get Paypal to intervene in which to send money to @tonyt76 and worry about them coming after you later, which is not how they operate. Just give back the $1800 and avoid all of this total nonsense.

But check this out
When you did the claim paypal put me at- $1749.65 For months
now my account is back to normal like if nothing happened
But where’s the money?
I’m calling them in like 10 min
 
Being an accountant that would imply that you already took that initial money out. If it was still sitting in your account, you would show a zero balance when they removed it or held it, then when the money was reinstated it would show a positive balance. Not that hard to figure out.
 
Your PayPal Activity History should show you all of the relevant Deposits and Withdrawals. I don't understand why you even need to call them when the paper trail is right there on your computer.

Also, if PayPal G&S had been used instead of F&F then a lot of this headache could have been avoided.

The money is in the Aero city. You will have to sell it in order to get back to cash.

This shouldn't be your concern. No one should have to wait at this point, just send the money back out of pocket.

Money shouldn't have been spent if the item wasn't shipped.
 
i just called paypal they said money will take about 7 to 11 business days
Reason they said is cause you use your credit card and when you did the claim you file as unauthorized purchase
So it had to go to 3 different company’s
Credit card,bank,paypal

So if i waited almost 5 months I’m sure you could wait 7 to 11 days

If’s fair enough in my opinion

You didn’t post a single screen shot.

How do you expect anyone to trust you?

Just ship the cab or refund the money out of pocket for now. If everything you say is true, you will get your money back from PayPal.

You have over 100 cabs right? $1800 shouldn’t be a problem for you.

Bob will receive his cab

But make sure next time you order something don’t pull stuff on people
