Hi everyone! Hoping someone might be able to assist me with some monitor issues. I have a 19" WG K7000 monitor and when I power on the arcade machine, it immediately blows the chassis fuse. No video, but I can hear the board sounds playing through the speakers so audio and everything else seems to be working.

The other strange thing is that turning off the machine then flips the breaker for the room. However, if I just disconnect the power cord from the outlet it does not flip the breaker.

Any ideas what could be the issue? Grounding issue? Monitor power cord wired incorrectly? I'll upload a few pictures, as I could not see anything loose/disconnected, but you may know better than me, as I'm a total noob when it comes to monitors.

Some pictures I took of power supply and power cable to monitor:

I concur. I've learned a lot watching his videos.

You are sure the monitor is getting power thru iso transformer and not directly from AC line?

I think it is getting power directly from the AC line, as I don't see an iso transformer anywhere. It just goes through a noise filter first.

Dumb question on the ISO transformer: if my K7000 is installed into a candy cab running at 100V, do I need to get the 100v iso transformer?

I bet it's a single pole switch. Single pole switches on AC lines should be thrown in the garbage.

No, a regular 1:1 transformer is fine.

Wg k7000 need iso trasformer, I'm 100℅ sure, wg k7400 do not need.
