If you have bad sync on a MV4FT look at the 100 and 470 ohm resistors on the sync line, they're switched compared to every other MVS. When I worked out what was going on I found a few notes about hacks for the issue on this exact revision, dont bother adding resistors just swap them, PCB was screened and assembled wrong at the factory.

Vertically rolling screen in my case unless I set the horizontal position so far to the left that you couldn't see 2 inches of screen space. Adjusting the vertical sync pot made almost no difference. The error is specific to this exact revision of the board, the MV4FT2 and MV4FS for example are correct.
